The reason GRN maintains so many long-term business relationships is due to the trust we have earned with the Candidates and Clients we have served.

For our Clients, we understand the hiring process must be kept strictly confidential.  The release of sensitive engagement information could provide competitors with information on new initiatives or cause apprehension amongst clients, stakeholders and employees.

Global Recruiters of Tampa engages in a search on behalf of our clients in a confidential manner.  We do not expose the client company's name to the marketplace until the hiring authority is prepared to meet with a qualified candidate.

For Candidates, confidentiality is of the utmost importance.  Our Search Consultants are trained professionals in the business of Executive Search.  We will not put our relationships at risk.  Information such as candidate name, current employer and even resumes are not shared with our clients until a real interest in the candidate's credentials are determined. 

At that point, the candidate has final approval to release information to the hiring authority.  GRN's goal is to present candidates with excellent opportunities in a confidential manner, while protecting their good name in the marketplace.

GRN's Search Consultants are privy to highly sensitive information during the search process. At all levels of engagement - from a first-level employee to a Senior Executive, our process ensures strict adherence to confidentiality for all parties.
