Instead, offers are made to the individuals who are prepared to demonstrate how their background, skills, experience and achievements can bring real value to a potential employer. To ensure candidates are prepared to distinguish themselves, GRN uses the FAV Process. While resumes state facts and accomplishments, they don't tell an employer how it benefits them.
