As professional recruiters, our experience tells us that the best offers do not go to the candidates with the best qualifications for a position. Instead, offers are made to the individuals who are prepared to demonstrate how their background, skills, experience and achievements can bring real value to a potential employer.
To ensure candidates are prepared to distinguish themselves, GRN uses the FAV Process. While resumes state facts and accomplishments, they don't tell an employer how it benefits them.
The benefit of the FAV process is the Candidate's abiltity to clarify the facts, the achievements and the value they can bring to the employer, thus setting themselves apart from the competition.
The time invested completing this sheet benefits both the prospective employer and the candidate. Getting to what's most important enables prospective employers to determine a fit much more quickly.
