Contingency Search
Contingency search (or "exclusive contingency search") simply means that if you hire the talent we deliver then you pay our service fee at that time. The service fee is not charged for you to interview the talent we present, only after you hire that talent is a service fee due.
Contingency Search fee is 33 1/3 % of first years’ compensation including realistic bonus potential.
Priority Search
Priority Search
is a prioritized exclusive contingent search that takes precedence over our standard search approach. With Priority Search, we will focus our entire specialty team on your urgent search. We start the process immediately in order to assist in delivery of top talent for your most urgent needs.
Priority Search fee is 33 1/3 % of first year's compensation including realistic bonus potential and requires an initial payment of $8000 per position, prior to engagement. If we do not present a qualified candidate in a predetermined time frame your initial payment is fully refundable.
Retained Search
Looking for a senior executive, a president or CEO or just a sensitive hire? Our GRN Network will conduct a confidential and thorough search to help you find the distinctive person whose experiences and accomplishments stand head and shoulders above the rest.
Retained Search fee is 35 % of first year compensation including realistic bonus potential.
