The GRN Methodology
If you are an Employer, you'll appreciate that GRN is not a resume mill. If you've been around the block a few times, you're probably quite familiar with those who dump a stack of resumes on your desk and run. The fact is, many of our Clientele never need to look at a resume at all.
Our Philosophy
What sets GRN of Tampa apart from the rest is our methodology. Employers get results due to our time-tested methods. There's no big "secret," in fact, it's common sense. Bottom line is we do the hard work for our Clientele; we present our clientele with quality, not quantity.
In most cases, an extensive search is performed in order to pinpoint the truly exceptional candidate to meet our Clients' specific requirements. That is easier said than done; however that is why we boast not only an excellent search record, but a strong record of retention as well.
Our Process
There are no short-cuts or magic wands. The work we perform is extensive, time-consuming, highly customized and focused. While others may wish to "easy-button" their way out of the work, our Search Consultants know that homework and preparation makes the difference. We embrace this process as part of our unique methodology. That, quite simply, is what separates the best from the rest.
